SCF Volleyball finished the regular season with two conference wins.
Vs. Indian River State College
The Manatees defeated Indian River State College on 10/24 to earn their 6th conference win by a score of 3-1. After dropping the 1st set 25-19, the Manatees rallied and took the next three sets. The 3rd and 4th sets were particulary close, as both sets were won by points. SCF received strong performances offensively from Ava Mohler and Aryanna Spainhower. Mohler and Spainhower led the team in kills with 15 and 20, respectively. Maya Sharp contributed heavily to the offense as her 12 kills placed her 3rd on the team for the evening. Adasyn Konopka and Liliana Palacios split setting duties, with Konopka leading the way with 23 assists. Konopka led the team defensively with 10 DIGS.
Vs. Palm Beach State College
In the last game of the season, SCF defeated Palm Beach in three sets. While the scores were close throughout all three sets, the Manatees offense ultimately propelled them to victory. The dynamic duo of Aryanna Spainhower and Ava Mohler paced the offense yet again, as both contributed 13 and 12 kills. Liliana Palacios led the Manatees with 20 assists, while Adasyn Konopka contributed 16 assists of her own. Defensively, SCF was strong in this one, as the Manatees tallied 51 DIGS. Aryanna Spainhower showed her versatility as she led the team with 18 DIGS. Alena Hernandez also showcased her defensive skills, finishing second on the team this evening with 11 total DIGS.
