Toole and Oglevie add 2 more wins to make SCF Softball 29-6

BRADENTON,Fla.- SCF Softball beat Hesston College twice today, 4-0 and 10-2. The return of sophomore pitcher, Chelsea Oglevie brought one of two wins for SCF Softball today. Oglevie went all seven innings with no runs allowed and fanned 11. Offensive support in game one came from Angie Dascoli, Laura Taricano, and Ashley Brooks. In game two, Holly Jones started for the Manatees. Kirstin Toole came in to earn the win SCF. The 10-run attack was led by Jaclyn Cokeroft who was 3-for-3 with two doubles and three RBIs. Palmetto high grad, Taylor Carlton, was 2-for-3 with three RBIs. Cindy Micochero started a five-run rally in the second inning with a triple to right field. The Manatees are (29-7) as they head in to conference on Tuesday, March 13th against Hillsborough CC. In game two, Holly Jones got the start and Kirstin Toole earned the win on the mound for SCF.
