SCF BB beats IRSC

Starting pitcher Josh Clemen earned his second victory of the season to lead the State College of Florida baseball team to an 8-3 victory over Indian River State College Thursday in Fort Pierce. The Manatee High product went 5 1/3 innings in route to the win. Tyler Rocklein, also out of Manatee, had three hits and three RBI for SCF (3-2). Daniel Bodziak, Andrew Widell and Andrew McNett had two hits each for SCF. SCF hosts Broward College in a doubleheader on Saturday. Action begins at 1 p.m. at Robert C. Wynn Field.
