Murphy (Liverpool, England) defeated Tyler (Texas) Junior College's Fausthy Pietersz 6-4, 5-7, 6-4 in the Junior College Division final. Murphy and playing partner Lai Wei finished second in the juco doubles bracket, dropping a 6-3, 6-4 decision to Tyler's Pietersz and Nelo Phiri.
